We purchased a qashqui back in January. Unfortunately our car faced a few problems but after notifying saf and his team they got this resolved efficiently and professionally. They were more than helpful and friendly throughout this process. He has a great set of men he works with and they we’re more then helpful and kept me updated with the progress of the repair. I will be more the happy to recommend saf to friends and family and I also have no doubts to purchase again in the future. Once again I’d like to thank all for a great service

I come from Newcastle for my car it was a great price and well worth the journey. The guys made me very welcome making signing paperwork very relaxed. The car was better than described and looked immaculate. I've had the car just over a week now and so far it's been brilliant. One small cosmetic issue and Trinity motors has been excellent helping sort it out. Phone calls and texts have been answered and I have felt looked after by the team . In the past I have went to big name car dealerships but can honestly say the customer service at Trinity motors is on another level. It's only been just over a week but at the moment I feel I would travel again to this car dealership for my next car. Highly recommended by me. Bought a Suzuki SX4 2011 without a test drive so I was a little nervous. The car was delivered efficiently and had new clutch, control arms, CV joints and tyres. Drives perfectly. Excellent car and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Saw the car on Autotrader rang up to see if still available. It was went for a look loved the car. No pressure from any of the lads there and nothing was any trouble. Questions answered. Test drove the car and a deal was done very quickly and very smoothly. Darren is good fella. After having the car 3 weeks something wasn’t right. Rang up and Darren sorted out getting it looked at and fixed.

I saw this car on the AutoTrader website and initially thought about organising a road trip to check it out. After reading the online reviews of Trinity Motorz Ltd, I decided to make contact. Various emails and WhatsApp messages went back and forth and I felt so comfortable and at-ease with Darren, I decided to take a chance, sack off the road trip and buy the car ‘blind’ online. Darren organised everything, from accepting my old car as full deposit, arranging my finance and finally having my new car delivered to my front door. I’m having a few drawbacks with taking my private number from my old car and Darren has said he’s willing to hang fire for me, before moving my old car on and I have to say, I am nothing but impressed with the service I have received. An enjoyable experience from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and Trinity Motorz to anyone in the market for a new/replacement vehicle!!

10 out of 10. Excellent service from Saf and Darren. They dont hassle you and let you view the vehicles in your own time. Helpful and polite. The vehicles come with fresh MOT for 12 months. Any issues they fix them and give you 3 months warranty. I purchased a vehicle great value for money, Full Service History and full valet given. Trustworthy and honest.

Buying a used car can be a minefield & car salesmen often get a bad rep but I must say having dealt with Saf at Trinity Motorz that he couldn’t have been more helpful. All questions/queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently via txt and phone call. Car was described honestly and I can say without fear of contradiction that I came away feeling a valued customer and will purchase again in the future. Honesty & integrity are qualities seldom seen nowadays but form an important part of Trinity Motorz. Thank you Saf,keep up the good work. Regards Tony.

Absolutely superb service from the lads at Trinity Motorz. Phoned them less than a hour before they closed and was told to come down and look at the car I liked. We arrived and got presented with the keys, pointed in the direction of the car and was told a little route for a test drive. Absolutely no pressure and the car was in outstanding condition throughout. Didn't try to barter with them as the price was already great for the condition. 20 minutes later and we were driving out in our new car. Don't buy a car before seeing what these guys can do for you. Didn’t end up purchasing the car for personal reasons, but Trinity Motorz were very professional and understanding, and even brought the car to me when I couldn’t get to them. Darren and Saf were both polite and I didn’t feel pressured at all.
